Took measures to improve Mobage Japan user environment based onthe guidelines established by the Social Game Platform LiaisonCouncil, including countermeasures against real-money trading(RMT), monthly spending limits for young users and terminating usageof the
complete gacha 
game mechanic.
Moba-coin consumption grew while implementing above measures.
