 Letter from the President
FTake passionate action towards your lie. Do not just make it throughthe day, live it! Sink your teeth into it and live like it was your last dayon earth. Live each day with passion. Passion and a positive attitude arecontagious. You will fnd others attracted to you who are just as passionateabout lie and living!
FAct instead o reacting. Do not wait until something bad happens thentry to deal with it. Be proactive and make something good happen. Youare responsible or what you make o the one lie you have. Create the bestlie you possibly can, one day at a time.
FBelieve each moment is perect regardless o the outcome. Bad thingshappen. That is just a act o lie, but that doesn’t mean you have to allowit to drag you down. Good can come rom everything, no matter how badit may be at the time. Learn to open yoursel up to learn rom and gainstrength rom the bad things that happen in your lie.
FLearn to always be grateul or what you have. It is a well-known actthat among successul people that having gratitude will get you more thannot ever being satisfed. There is nothing wrong with having dreams andgoals, but do not orget to be grateul or what you have already. A positiveattitude attracts positive actions. Gratitude attracts positive energy.
FAlways keep your sense o humor. Learn to laugh at yoursel. Do nottake yoursel or lie too seriously.
FBelieve you are in charge o your own destiny. No one can take yourdreams rom you except or you. Lie is not something that is going onaround you. It is what you make o it!

This holiday season Diamond Envelope Corporation in Aurorateamed up with Banner Personnel in Naperville or the Walter andConnie Payton Toy Drive. Every year The Payton Foundationcollects toys to be distributed to children who otherwise may gowithout on Christmas i not or the generous donation o localbusinesses.Employees at Diamond Envelope Corporation were encouraged todonate toys or the toy drive. What started out with one employee’sgesture o donating gits rather than get an item or himsel orhis birthday, grew into an overwhelming paying it orward gestureby its 83 employees. A total o 112 toys were proudly donated tothe Payton Foundation toy drive with the help o Banner Personnelcoordinating the pickup.Management at Diamond was amazed at the generous donations madeby all o its employees. Citing every one o us has had challengingtimes to go through with the economy, but remembering what givingback is all about during the holidays was the message our employeeswanted to send out.

As Domtar’s PAPER Because campaign continues to gain momentum,they are excited to launch a new series o Really, REALLY SHORTFILMS. The 30-second clips use satire to highlight the important rolepaper plays in our lives and how there is a better way to use paperresponsibly.The fve flms ound on
exaggerate scenarios to show how going paperless can meangoing too ar. In one video or example, ofce workers receive aration o only fve sheets o paper a month. With paper becoming soscarce, it sparks fghts between coworkers who turn ofce supplies intoweapons and set booby traps to get more paper. In another flm,employees around a conerence table need to take notes, but withoutpaper they are orced to scribble on the table or on their clothes oreven draw a pie chart on one worker’s back.The videos are a reminder o how putting something on paper is moremeaningul. In one spot or instance, two acquaintances run into eachother and they talk casually about going to lunch. When one guysuggests they put that in writing, the other one reveals the truth;
These videos are a humorous way to make a very serious point. Paperstill plays a vital role in our personal and proessional lives and withouta demand or paper, property owners might choose to develop more o their land rather than keeping it as orests.
