is the deadline to inform theSecretariat of their participation at the debate in the plenary of the United NationsConference on Sustainable Development, to be held from Wednesday, 20, to Friday,22 June 2012, in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), pursuant to General Assembly resolution66/197 of 22 December 2011. Requests for inscription on the list of speakers should becommunicated,
in writing
, and hand-delivered to the General Assembly Affairs Branch(room IN-0613A).The initial list of speakers for the debate in the plenary of the High-level PlenaryMeeting will be established by a drawing of lots. A special meeting for this purposewill be held toward the end of March 2012, at a time and venue to be announced in the
