BIEBER GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES PSK, LLC dba Overhead Door Company of Cedar Rapids and Iowa City

(Overhead Door) and Cedar Rapids Television Company dba KCRG-TV9 (KCRG TV9) will conduct the Bieber Giveaway (the Contest) substantially as described in these Official Rules. Participation in the Contest constitutes the full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Rules, by each applicant and contestant. All decisions of Overhead Door/KCRG-TV9 are final and absolute and not subject to inquiry or appeal. The Contest may be temporarily postponed or discontinued by Overhead Door/KCRG-TV9 at any time without prior notice. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. NO PURCHASE WILL IMPROVE A CONTESTANTS CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE APPLICATIONS RECEIVED. ALL FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND TRUTHFULLY. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION AND PROVIDE TRUTHFUL AND PERTINENT INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST. DISQUALIFICATION IS IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF OVERHEAD DOOR AND KCRG-TV9. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Only one (1) registration per person for the Contest is allowed. Applicants and contestants must be legal US residents 18 years of age or older and reside in the state of Iowa. If a winner is ineligible and disqualified, Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 reserve the right in their sole discretion to determine an alternate winner or not to award that prize. Employees of Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 or their respective affiliates, the Contest's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest and to win a prize. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest Period will occur between Monday, September 17, 2012, and Sunday, October 7, 2012 (the Contest Period"). A weekly prize winner will be selected on Friday, September 21, 2012, and on Friday, September 28, 2012). A weekly prize winner will also be eligible for the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected on October 5, 2012, and announced on Sunday, October 7, 2012. Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 reserve the right to extend the Contest Period.

HOW TO ENTER: Contestants may enter the Contest once during the Contest Period through Overhead Doors Facebook page. (Note: you must enter the Contest before a weekly prize drawing to be eligible for that drawing.) To officially enter the Contest through Facebook, an eligible Contestant must go to the Overhead Door Company of Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Overhead-Door-Company-of-Cedar-Rapids-and-Iowa-City on the Internet and (1) click on the Like button, (2) click on Contest to go to the contest page, (3) at the top of the contest page the contestant must enter the contestants email address where prompted, and (4) click on Contest. Contestants may only enter the Contest once, per email address allowed. Multiple entries by means of software-generated or other automated processes will be disregarded. Only one weekly prize per person, household or email address allowed through the Contest Period. KCRG-TV9 will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, the malfunction of any telephone, internet or communications network or equipment, or computer hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Overhead Door or KCRG-TV9. All entries become property of Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 and none will be returned. Entry in the Contest constitutes an assignment to Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any. In the event of a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the account identified for the email address submitted. In the event that Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 cannot reasonably determine, in their discretion, the identity of the winner of a prize, the prize shall be awarded to an alternate winner. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 in their sole discretion. Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 reserve the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest. Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 reserve the right to cancel the Contest if it becomes technically corrupted. PRIZES: Weekly Prizes: A total of two weekly prizes will be awarded during the Contest Period. Each weekly prize will be a $100.00 gift card (Weekly Prize Retail Value: approximately $100.00). Grand Prize: One grand prize will be awarded during the Contest Period. The Grand Prize is 4 tickets to the Justin Bieber concert at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Saturday October 20, 2012 at 7 pm, together with 1 night of accommodations at the Minneapolis Comfort Suites on Saturday, October 20, 2012 (Grand Prize Retail Value: approximately $5,000.00). SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners of each of the Weekly Prizes and the Grand Prize will be selected by a random drawing from the total eligible entrants at the time of the drawing for each such prize.

Winner will be notified of their prize via e-mail on the day the random drawing for the prize to verify that they meet eligibility requirements. There will be three (3) attempts to e-mail winners. Winners who do not respond to the e-mail notifications within ten (10) days of the first email notification forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected randomly from all the entries received during such Contest segment. Winners will also be announced on the Overhead Door Company of Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Overhead-Door-Company-of-Cedar-Rapids-and-Iowa-City.. Once verified, winners will be notified via e-mail regarding when, how and where their prize may be picked up. All prizes must be picked up at the Overhead Door Company of Cedar Rapids and Iowa City office located at 6515 4th Street S.W. Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404, during regular business hours which are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Weekly Prizes must be picked up within thirty (30) days of when the winner is notified or the prize will be forfeited. The Grand Prize must be picked up prior to October 20, 2012 or the prize will be forfeited. Winners will be required to display an original picture ID, and will be required to sign an eligibility, liability and publicity release affidavit acceptable to Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner(s). The winner(s) cannot assign or transfer prize. Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason. Only one Weekly Prize will be awarded per person, household or email account during the Contest Period, but a Weekly Prize winner will be eligible to win the Grand Prize. LIABILITY RELEASE: By entering the Contest, each contestant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against, and agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9, their parent and subsidiary companies and affiliates, their advertising agencies, and the Contest's additional sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees, from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action, and all liability, losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, death or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether based on contract, negligence or any other legal theory, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the conduct of the Contest, the contestants participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activity, or a winners ownership or use of any prize, or that arise out of the travel to or from, or attendance at, the concert or the accommodations provided as part of the
Grand Prize.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering the Contest, each contestant and winner grants Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9, or either of them, and their affiliates, sponsors and advertising and promotion agencies the right to use the contestant's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness and performance, and any portion thereof, without prior notice or royalty or compensation for editorial, promotional or any other lawful purpose and in any media now known or hereinafter devised (including without limitation, print publications, television or radio broadcasts, and online publication via the

Internet). Such right shall be irrevocable, extend throughout the universe and inure in perpetuity. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence, KCRG-TV9 shall own all rights, title and interest in and to all performances, recordings, videos and images rendered by contestants in connection with the Contest. TELEPHONE, COMPUTER AND OTHER DISCLAIMERS: KCRG-TV9 disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any entry or item sent by telephone, mail, courier, express, email or other electronic transmission, or other delivery method. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions of entry forms are permitted. KCRG-TV9 is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest. KCRG-TV9 is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by KCRG-TV9 or entrants for any reason whatsoever. KCRG-TV9 is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's telephone or computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of KCRG-TV9 and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE KCRG-TV9 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TAXES: Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to KCRGTV9, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. All taxes, including federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of winner. Each winner must provide KCRG-TV9 with valid identification and social security number before any prize will be awarded. MISCELLANEOUS: This Contest is void where prohibited by law. By entering the Contest, contestants agree: (a) to these Official Rules and to all decisions of Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9, which shall be final in all respects; and (b) that Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9, their affiliates, advertising agencies, and the Contest's additional sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, agents, parent companies and subsidiaries and their officers, directors, agents and employees have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guaranty,

expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize. Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9, their sponsors, and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for cancellations, postponements, or delays. Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 shall have the sole discretion to administer the Contest and interpret and apply these Rules. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate in and/or win the Contest will be subject to disqualification. Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 reserve the right to disqualify any contestant at any time, for any reason, including, without limitation, language, activities or behavior deemed inappropriate. Other than the prizes received by the winners, no contestant shall be entitled to receive any wages, benefits, fees or other compensation whatsoever as a result of participating in the Contest. Any expenses incurred by an applicant or contestant during the application process, including but not limited to, internet access, postage, shipping and materials preparation (videotape, photos, etc.) are the sole responsibility of each applicant and neither KCRG-TV9, nor any Contest sponsor will issue reimbursement for any expenses. All expenses associated with prizes which are not specified herein as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize winner and any travel companions shall be responsible for any travel costs to and from the concert and the hotel, parking fees, food, and entertainment and any other expenses not identified as part of the Grand Prize. The laws of Iowa shall govern this Contest, without regard to Iowa's choice of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Linn County, Iowa shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute regarding this Contest or any Rule or activity associated with the Contest, and all applicants and contestants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts to resolve any disputes concerning the Contest. Each applicant and contestant agrees to abide by these Rules. Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 may substitute prizes, amend rules or discontinue the Contest at any time. Overhead Door and KCRG-TV9 each disclaims any responsibility to notify the contestants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest.
