Position Summary:
Responsive Education Solutions (“ResponsiveEd”) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who will be
responsible to provide the highest level of staffing services for the Charter School District. This positiondelivers high quality professional and executive-level candidates and advances the ResponsiveEd brandacross numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidatesthrough the ResponsiveEd selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting andmaintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A widedegree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personalorganization is required.
Qualifications:
 
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
 
B.S. in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, or related discipline preferred. PHR (Professional on HR) preferred.
 
 An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limitedto, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal job analysis, wage and salary trends,relationship management, and due diligence.
 
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
 
 Ability to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership and education communities.
 
 Ability to build search assignment abstracts from client engagement discussions and forms.
 
Understanding of Human Resources principles and procedures for personnel recruitment,selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnelinformation systems.
 
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
 
Demonstrated ability to recruit on a national, multi-location level.
 
 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
 
Strong initiative and solid judgment skills.
 
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and the use of email.
Typical Duties:
 
Serves as the primary point of contact for recruits throughout the interviewing process (e.g.,communicates status, answers questions, extends offers to selected candidates under the directionof the hiring managers and within the guidelines of ResponsiveEd compensation policy; schedulesstart date, and coordinates all follow-up efforts, etc.); provides complete, accurate, and inspiring
