Drop-Down List Support

Define drop-down lists in agreements sent for signature through Web Authoring UI, import from PDF Forms or using EchoSign Text Tags Signers can choose one of the available options from the dropdown list when signing the document Drop-down lists support advanced EchoSign functions such as: conditional fields, data masking, etc Signer selected option can be exported from the Manage Page, through the API and through Reports

Support For More Than 6 Participants Per Agreement

Single agreement workflow can include more than 6 participants* Participants can be a mix of Signers and/or Approvers Participants can be specified through Web UI, on customized send pages defined through Custom Workflow and via Web Services API

*Maximum number of signers per agreement limited by account tier.

Bounced E-Mail Tracking

Provide visibility to bounced e-mail messages in the Document History and Audit Trail Receive notifications when e-mails sent to signer bounce Easily take corrective action in case of bounced messages and replace the signer
