Coming in to existence January 19, 1948, Hero Motorslimited gave India nothing less than are evaluation on two wheelers, the made famous by “fill it shut it and forget it” campaign. Driven by the trust of over 5 millioncustomers. The Honda product range today command market share 48% making itveritable giant in the industry. Add to that technologic excellence, an expansive dealer network, and reliable after sale service, and have one of the customer-friendlycompanies.

Kumar Engineering Company established in the year 1994,shaking hands withrenowned partner HMT Tractors dealership, to cater the farming community of NorthKarnataka region and Although our Hero Honda division is only six years old ‘kid’, asfor as its performed is terms of sales, Service & Spars for all the last six consecutiveyears. Using prestigious Hero Honda dealership as a link we touched the pulse of almost 2022 through sales and 22086 customers through our prompt, dedicated andexcellent service. Since a decade Kumar Engineering Company never looked back, hasachieved ever highest track record and very much impressed all others by performance.

The study covers the users of Hero Honda bikes in mudhol city.
The study covers the customer owning two wheelers in mudhol city.
The study helps the company to make proper marketing strategy for their weaker area.

Methodology

:It has been collected through Internet, observation, company manual etc.
Sample size:
For the purpose of study customers of different bike users have been chosen as asample size of 100 through convenient random sampling. Data collected was tabulatedand simple percentage method was used to derive conclusion.
Findings:
When respondents where asked to rank the parameter which made them to select twowheeler. The parameter rated the highest was fuel efficiency followed by the resalevalue and price of vehicle, aesthetics was lowest.Majority of respondents are in favor that Hero Honda provides wide variety of productswith different models.Many of the respondents are satisfied with the fuel consumption of Hero HondaSplendor+.

As majority of them rated for fuel efficiency, the two wheeler companies shouldmainly focus on this aspect so that customers can be benefited with this efficientfeature.
As majority of them are in favour that Hero Honda provides wide variety of  products with different models, hence the company should launch still morevarieties of different styles so customers get attracted to it.
Conclusion:
In this study I came to know that there are more than five different two-wheeler companies manufacturing different types of vehicles. As the time is changingthe demands and preferences are also changing very rapidly, so if the companies wantsto survive in this competitive market, they have produce the goods and services as per the needs of customers to delight them.
