Respected Maam, It gives me an immense pleasure to tell you that Red Cross Society has agreed to organize blood donation camp at our campus on 3th November 2011 from 10:00 A.M to 4:00 PM. The expected number of donors from our college will be around 250 and for that Red Cross will be sending a team of 15 people including doctors and their assistants at our campus. We need to make certain arrangements for the campaign and a brief detail of them along with the budget required for them is mentioned below:
