PREFATORY NOTE
The Asramam has published the three well-known works
of Sri Bhagavan, namely Who Am I?,Self-Enquir y andSpiritual
Instruction in Tamil in the form of a small volume. An English
version of it is now issued for the benefit of devotees who do
not know Tamil.
Who am I? (S\u00f4u V\u00f4o?) is a connected exposition of the

replies given by Sri Bhagavan to certain questions put to Him by Sivaprakasam Pillai.Self-Enquiry (\u00aeN\u00f4W Ne\u00a1WLm) is a similar exposition of the replies given to the questions put by Gambhiram Seshayya. Spiritual Instruction (DT\u00faRN UgN\u00ac) contains the questions put by Natananandar and Sri Bhagavan\u2019s replies.

It is at the request of many western devotees that an essay form of Who Am I? andSelf-Enquir y has been retained in this edition.
