*Snow fall measurement will be based on the annual snow fall measurement from the closest local
national weather station to the shipping address of the purchase order. Snow fall is a measurement for
only the 2012 winter season through April 30, 2013. All rebate claims must be completed and sent to
sales@gearup2go.com by May 31st 2013.
Please allow 30-45 days for review of rebate form and rebate. Checks for the rebate amount and
receipt will be sent to the shipping address and will be payable to the name listed on the billing address
unless otherwise noted. Rebate will be 50% of the product amount, no shipping will be rebated.
