How is your feeling after reading my book? Interesting?
I came from Johor Bahru and therefore I am not familiar with anything in
Kuala Lumpur. I don’t even know there are new part and old part of Kuala
Lumpur, I never been to any place in KL. But, after I travelled to these
areas, hmmm...seriously, I totally agree that KL is a wonderful shopping
place. You can find out the most stylish and modern shopping mall in
here, you can find out how stylish KL people are from their apperance,
their cars. I also found out that every commercial building have thier
own colour theme around it. For xample, KL Sentral is full of brown
colour. It wall tiles, floor tiles, staircases, exterior wall and interior
floor, everything is from different tone of brown. It’s interesting. Suria
KLCC as well, is formed by different tone of yellow. Most of the contem-
porary building in Kuala Lumpur are using reinforced fibre glasses
,concrete, high stength steel as building material or facade. And most
of them are marble tiles.
This travelling explore me a lot about the modernity and contempor-
neity of Kuala Lumpur. I should find out more about KL.
