of the women of which All

h’s Messenger

said: “I have not left a
Fitnah
more harmful on the men of my
Ummah
than the women.”

Indeed this is a trial that some of the lowly people have fallen into until becoming totallyconsumed with [satisfying] their base desires, and being blinded in both their sight anddiscernment; so their sight has been blotted out leaving them chasing after women in thestreets and markets, flirting and whispering, and perhaps even touching; they bump andgrope blindly, as if they cannot even see those around them, or as if those around them areanimals instead of humans; this is because they are submersed in lusts, heedless of morals,unfearful of All

h, having no shyness and having little, if any, religion; having no concern forothers or the sanctity of the Muslims. O Muslims! O countrymen! O you who believe inAll
ā
h and His Messenger

! Indeed it is incumbent upon us, as we are a Muslim nation, toreject these actions from these individuals. It is upon us to reject these actions, because theycontradict the characteristics of those who believe in All
