Case # 04-061594=CK -- Oakland Co MI. Plaintiff Mr. & Mrs. Schram file lawsuit against Narconon Stone HawkRehabilitation Center in Battle Creek Michigan to get refund of monies paid for Mr. Schram for being dismissed from the Narconon program without cause, for deceptive trade practices, failing to reveal a material fact, the omission of which tends to mislead or deceice the consumer...and for taking advantage of someone in a compromised or disabled condition unable to understand the language of an agreement..., etc, based upon cited MI laws. This case was settled and dismissed. Plaintiff represented by Mayer B Gordon, Esq and Thomas C Miller of Mayer B Gordon & Associates . Narconon Stone Hawk is no longer an licensed facility, it's last owner Per Wickstrom runs other rehabs in MI, including A Forever Recovery, Best Drug Rehabilitation Services, and the unlicensed Tranquility Detox, all of which continue to us the Scientology based Narconon componients.
