Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop o V-6 Vegetable OilComplex or other vegetable oil (e.g., virgin coconut, olive,or almond). Put in a capsule and take up to 3 times daily or as needed.
Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop o V-6 or other vegetableoil and apply 2–4 drops to desired area, chakras, and VitaFlex points.
Diuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
