Proposed Amendment No. 1
 A vote FOR this constitutional amendment would authorize impeachment of civil officers for acts that occur in pursuit of the office. Current law only allows for impeachment for acts that occur while in office. A vote AGAINST this constitutional amendment would not authorize impeachment of civil officers for actsthat occur while the civil officer is pursuing the office.
A constitutional amendment to provide that any misdemeanor while in pursuit of his or heroffice is grounds for impeachment of a civil officer.ForAgainst.

Text of Proposed Amendment No. 1THE MEMBERS OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND LEGISLATURE OF NEBRASKA,SECOND SESSION, RESOLVE THAT:Section 1. At the general election in November 2012 the following proposed amendment to theConstitution of Nebraska shall be submitted to the electors of the State of Nebraska for approval orrejection:To amend Article IV, section 5:IV-5 All civil officers A civil officer of this state shall be liable to impeachment for anymisdemeanor in office or for any misdemeanor in pursuit of such office.Sec. 2. The proposed amendment shall be submitted to the electors in the manner prescribed by theConstitution of Nebraska, Article XVI, section 1, with the following ballot language:A constitutional amendment to provide that any misdemeanor while in pursuit of his or her officeis grounds for impeachment of a civil officer.ForAgainst.

Proposed Amendment No. 2
 A vote FOR this constitutional amendment would set forth a constitutional right to hunt, to fish,and to harvest wildlife and would designate public hunting, fishing, and harvesting of wildlife as a preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife. The right set forth by this constitutionalamendment would be subject to certain laws, rules, and regulations, and this constitutional amendment would not be construed to modify current laws relating to trespass or property right laws or constitutional provisions pertaining to water. A vote AGAINST this constitutional amendment would result in the right to hunt, to fish, and toharvest wildlife not being added to the Constitution of Nebraska and public hunting, fishing, and harvesting of wildlife not being designated a preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife.
A constitutional amendment to establish the right to hunt, to fish, and to harvest wildlife andto state that public hunting, fishing, and harvesting of wildlife shall be a preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife.ForAgainst.______________________________________________________________________________

At the general election in November 2012 the following proposed amendment to theConstitution of Nebraska shall be submitted to the electors of the State of Nebraska for approval orrejection:To add a new section 25 to Article XV:XV-25 The citizens of Nebraska have the right to hunt, to fish, and to harvest wildlife, includingby the use of traditional methods, subject only to laws, rules, and regulations regarding participation andthat promote wildlife conservation and management and that preserve the future of hunting, fishing, andharvesting of wildlife. Public hunting, fishing, and harvesting of wildlife shall be a preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife. This section shall not be construed to modify any provision of lawrelating to trespass or property rights. This section shall not be construed to modify any provision of lawrelating to Article XV, section 4, Article XV, section 5, Article XV, section 6, or Article XV, section 7 of this constitution.Sec. 2. The proposed amendment shall be submitted to the electors in the manner prescribed by theConstitution of Nebraska, Article XVI, section 1, with the following ballot language:A constitutional amendment to establish the right to hunt, to fish, and to harvest wildlife and tostate that public hunting, fishing, and harvesting of wildlife shall be a preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife.ForAgainst.
 
Proposed Amendment No. 3
 A vote FOR this constitutional amendment would change the number of terms a member of the Legislature may serve from two consecutive four year terms to three consecutive four year terms. A vote AGAINST this constitutional amendment would retain two consecutive four year terms asthe number of terms a member of the Legislature may serve.

Text of Proposed Amendment No. 3THE MEMBERS OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND LEGISLATURE OF NEBRASKA,SECOND SESSION, RESOLVE THAT:Section 1. At the general election in November 2012 the following proposed amendment to theConstitution of Nebraska shall be submitted to the electors of the State of Nebraska for approval orrejection:To amend Article III, section 12:III-12 (1) No person shall be eligible to serve as a member of the Legislature for four years nextafter the expiration of two three consecutive terms regardless of the district represented.(2) Service prior to January 1, 2001, as a member of the Legislature shall not be counted for thepurpose of calculating consecutive terms in subsection (1) of this section.(3) (2) For the purpose of this section, service in office for more than one-half of a term shall bedeemed service for a term.Sec. 2. The proposed amendment shall be submitted to the electors in the manner prescribed by theConstitution of Nebraska, Article XVI, section 1, with the following ballot language:A constitutional amendment to change the limit on legislative terms to three consecutive terms.ForAgainst.
