Defend<;lnt committed the above named public offense based on the following facts:
At above date andtime Ofc. :responded to a call of subjects :refusing to leave the Old
Capitol B:rew Wo:rks. Enroute Dispatch advised that subjects were fighting with staff. Ofc.
ar:rived on scene and obse:rved a la:rge crowd dispe:rsing f:rom the a:rea. staff stated that
seve:ral subjects were involved including the Def. Ofc. attempted to make contact with the
subjects at the corner of Bowery and Gilbert St. Ofc. told Def. to stop and flashed his
light on them. Def. igno:red Ofc. commands and sta:rted :running. Ofc. had to chase Def. who
was app:rehended approximately 2 blocks away and taken into custody.
