Thursday, 11th October 2012 To be handed in on Tuesday, 16th October 2012

Remember that a copy of the homework is always available online at mrpitts.co.uk!

This week we have looked at prime numbers, factors of numbers and prime factors of numbers - the two working well together! We learnt that every number can be made up of prime factors, as in the examples below:

Find the factors, and prime factors of these numbers: 44 96 56 102 64 120 72 200 88 356

To help, here is a grid of the prime numbers up to 100.

This weeks mrpitts.co.uk revision collection is all about different number systems and has activities covering place value, partitioning, rounding, greater than and less than, prime factors and square numbers.
