Support the Baltimore Region Environmental Justice and Transportation Project, through aCooperative Agreement with Morgan State University. Theresearch effort focused on theconcerns of local residents, transit dependant and community leaders in four Baltimore Citycommunities: Kirk Ave., Cherry Hill, Highway–to-Nowhere, and Lexington Market.The project team acknowledges Victor McMahan, Environmental Protection Agency, GloriaShepard Federal Highway Administration, Tony Brown, Maryland Transit Administrationand Harvey Bloom, Baltimore Metropolitan Commission.
