AGUILON GOLF MEMBERS REPORT

After the recent floods our thoughts are with our members and others who have been affected in one way or an other,however the golf course escaped unscathed except for the second green which was subject to a rockfall (see photo) this made our approach shot to the green a little more thought provoking RESULTS Wednesday October 3-Monthly Medal A lovely day for golf,although medalitis got to a lot of players there was very good scoring on the leader board 1st Caroline Willingham 79-9=70 on a card play off 2nd Derrick Stephenson 83-13=70 3rd John Bridgen 79-6=73 Twos: John Bridgen 4th, Derrick Stephenson x2 8th and 17th, Caroline Willingham and Bob Schofield 12th Wednesday October 10-Individual Stableford With the large rock on the 2nd green now cleared away there were no excuses on a windless sunny day with the course in good condition 1st Mike Hill 38pts 2nd Brian Everitt 37pts 3rd Derrick Stephenson 36pts on a card play off Twos: Pat Sayer 4th and Steve Willingham 12th Guests and visitors are welcome to join us on a Mon,Wed and Friday For information contact 634641199
