TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING PARTICIPATION IN THE ENRIQUE IGLESIAS Live In India Contest PLEASE READ THE CONTEST

T TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE DECIDING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST. The following terms and conditions shall govern your participation in the contest (Terms and Conditions).

1. The Contest is open for participation to all citizens of India, residing in India,
of minimum age of 18 (eighteen) years on the date of participating in the Contest (Participants).

2. The Contest is being run by Genx Entertainment Limited (Genx), which

owns and operates youth television channel bindass (Channel).

3. In order to participate in the Contest, each Participant has to make his/her

cover image as Enrique Iglesias Live In India promotional image (Cover Picture) which shall be available on the channels facebook page at www.facebook.com/bindass. The Participant shall also be required to tag the Cover Image as bindass. The Contest gives an opportunity to meet with well renowned pop singer Mr. Enrique Igelsias (the Artist) who shall be performing at three cities of India viz. Pune, Delhi and Bangalore on October 17, 2012, October 19, 2012 and October 21, 2012 respectively (Venues)

4. The Contest shall be open for participation from October __, 2012 (00:00 hrs
Indian Standard Time) to October ___, 2012 (00:00hrs Indian Standard Time) [Both days inclusive] (Contest Period).

5. The winners shall be chosen on the basis of maximum number of Likes

accounted on Cover Picture of the Participant page at the end of the Contest Period, subject to compliance of Clause 3 above.

6. There shall be a total number of three (3) Winners who shall be eligible to
meet Mr. Enrique Iglesias (the Gratification) at any of the Venue decided by Genx at its sole discretion. Each Winner shall be allowed to come along with his/her one companion as desired and confirmed by him/her during initial contact made by Genx

7. The top three (3) Participants, who have got the maximum Likes on the
Cover Picture on their facebook page, will be contacted by Genx first via facebook email/massage whereby contact details, details of his/her companion and other details shall be required to furnish by the Participant. All the information provided by the Participants and their usage by Genx shall be governed by Privacy Policy of Genx available at www.bindass.com. Such email/message shall not be considered as confirmation of the Winner unless Genx has contacted such Participants and verified him/her at its satisfaction and sole discretion. Genx shall use its reasonable efforts to contact the selected Winners, but will not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever if the Winners cannot be reached by email the telephone within the next one (1) hour after initial contact is made and the original selected Winner will be disqualified and the next eligible alternate Winner (as per the next highest numbers of Likes accounted) shall be selected as the Winner until the Winner has been certified through the foregoing process.

8. Winners shall solely be responsible for all the cost and expenses to be
incurred to reach and enter the Venue. Genx shall not be responsible for any such cost and expenses of whatsoever nature except short meet and greet arrangement between the Artist, his/her companion and the Artist.

9. The only mode of participation in the Contest is by complying the provisions

of Clause 3. Genx shall not be responsible for any undelivered message, inadequate operator service, faulty internet connection etc.

10. Non-conformance by any Participant and/or by the Winners of these Terms

and Conditions will disqualify the Participant/Winner from participation or winning the Gratification.

11. The Winners shall have to furnish his and his companions valid photo
identity proof to Genx (e.g. driving license, passport etc. issued by a government agency or any other valid photo identity card) for verification purposes. If at any time it is comes to the knowledge of Genx that the details provided by a Winner is false/untrue/misleading then such Winner shall be disqualified at sole discretion of Genx.

12. The Gratification shall be meant only for the Winners and his/her confirmed
companion and the same is non-transferable, non-saleable, nonexchangeable, non-redeemable for any other compensation whether in cash or kind.

13. Participation in the Contest by the Participants constitutes unqualified

permission for Genx to use the participants name, likeness, the Contest Photograph, voice and comments, in any manner, mode, media, medium, platform, worldwide, in perpetuity, without paying any consideration whatsoever to the Participants provided the same shall not be used in a derogatory manner by Genx. The Winner/s shall make himself / herself available for shoots, promotion, press meet, marketing events, etc., (if required) without payment of any further consideration/gratification.

14. The Contest is not open for employees, family members and relatives of the
employees of Genx and the employees, family members and relatives of its group companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies etc.

15. All Participants shall be bound by the rules and regulations contained herein.
No dispute shall be entertained with regards the Contest, the selection criteria, the Gratification, the winner etc. Decisions of Genx shall be final and binding on all the Participants/ Winner/s.

16. Genx in its sole discretion may withdraw the Gratification if Genx determines
at its sole discretion that the same is not viable or due to unavailability of the Artist.

17. The Channel/Genx is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Terms
and Conditions contained herein. All information provided in the Contest is provided "As is" without warranty of any kind. The Channel/Genx makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the Participants and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness,

merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose including the Gratification.

18. Participants release Genx and their respective divisions, affiliates,

subsidiaries, branches, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and arrangement of the Gratification, including liability for personal injury.

19. Under no circumstance, shall Genx and/or their directors, employees,

officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the Participant and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever.

20. Genx has the right to terminate this Contest at any time without any prior
intimation or notice to the public.

21. All disputes with relation to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.

22. UTV reserves the rights to discontinue the Contest at any time and/or change,
amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest at anytime without prior notice/intimation or giving any reason and it is the sole responsibility of the Participants to keep themselves up to date about the changed rules and regulations of the Contest.
