    On January 24, 2011, CREW filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with DOJ’s Criminal Division, the Executive Office of the United States Attorneys (EOUSA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Days later, both EOUSA and the FBI denied the requests, claiming that disclosure would violate Rep. Young’s privacy. CREW appealed those denials, but has not received a response, nor any response to the FOIA request to the Criminal Division.
