Therecentunanimous110votebythemembersoftheCentersforDiseaseControl'sAdvisory CommitteeonImmunizationPractices(ACIP)favoringeveryAmericanovertheageofsixmonths receivethefluinfluenzavaccineisonemoreattemptbyourfederalhealthofficialstoopenup ourbodiestothefreemarketcapitalismofpharmaceuticalcoffers.Itisanothersteptomandate avaccineacrossthenation,apolicythathasmanysupportersintheprovaccinescience community.

Thevoteraisesanalarmaboutourfederalgovernment'sscientificintegrity,andcallsinto questionitstrueallegianceandpurpose:toprotectthehealthofAmericancitizensorincrease BigPharmaprofits.Iftherecommendationwereeverenforced,theUSwouldbetheonlynation intheworldwithmandatoryfluvaccination.However,whatourinvestigationsshowandwhat differentiatestheUShealthagenciesfromthehealthministriesinothernations,isthatintheUS federalhealthsystemBigPharmamoney,lobbyingandcorporatefavorsarewhatshapedrug andvaccinepoliciesandthisisrampantthroughoutthesystem.

MandatoryvaccinesfailinJapan

Mandatoryinfluenzavaccinationhasbeentriedbeforeacrossanation.Duringthe1980s,Japan hadmandatoryfluvaccinationforschoolchildren.Twolargescalestudiesthatenrolledchildren

fromfourcitieswithvaccinationratesbetween1and90percentdiscoverednodifferenceinthe incidencesoffluinfection.Asaresult,in1987,Japanesehealthauthoritiesruledthatflu vaccinationwasineffectiveandwasnomorethanaseriousfinancialandlegalliabilityifitwasto continue.Themandatorypolicywasquicklyoverturned.By1989,thenumberofJapanesetaking thefluvaccinedroppedto20percent.Afollowupstudyatthattimefoundthattherewas statisticallyinsignificantchangeininfluenzainfectionratescomparedtowhenthevaccinewas mandatory.[1]

Nowwearehearingthatfortheforthcoming20102011fluseason,theH1N1flustrainwillbe includedintheseasonalfluvaccine.Thiswillbeaquadravalentvaccinecomprisedoffourstrains includingtheH1N1.Asofthismonth,theWorldHealthOrganization(WHO)continuesto evaluatetheH1NIvirusata5levelpandemicandissueswarningstodeafearsnowthatpeople realizetheWHO'swordisdisreputable.Nevertheless,weshouldstillbraceourselvesforanother yearofoldyarn,fearmongering,mediaspinandmorevoodooscience.

AbriefoverviewofthepastH1N1pandemicboondogglewillhelpustounderstandthe addictionofdenialpermeatingtheranksoftheCDC'sadvisorycommittee.Itpresentsapicture ofadelusionalbubble,unrelatedtomedicalfacts,thattheCDChasfoundcomforttofloat within.ThesimplefactremainsthattheCDCisdisconnectedfromanythingresembling legitimatesciencetherebymakingtheirrecentdecisionludicrousandcriminallyirresponsible.

TheCDC'spredictionsofparticularstrainsduringpastfluseasonshasneverbeenespecially accurate.Infact,oftenithasbeenextraordinarilydismal.Thepreviousswineflupredictionin 1976resultedinonlyoneswinefludeathbuthundredsofpeoplesufferingpermanent disabilities,includingdeath,fromthevaccine.Forthe19921993fluseason,theprediction madeforthevirususedinthevaccinewasoffby84percent.Forthe19941995season,itwas offby43percentfortheprimarystraintargetedandoff87percentand76percentfortheother twostrains.TheLaboratoryCenterforDiseaseControl'sstudycomparingvaccinestrainswith

thestrainsappearingduringthe19971998seasonfoundthematchoffby84percent.One wouldachieveagreateraccuracyratebysimplyflippingacoin.

TheCDC'sscaretactics

AnarticlepublishedintheprestigiousBritishMedicalJournalin2005,"AreUSFluDeathFigures MorePRThanScience"isaproposforaddressingthewildlyinflatedfiguresbytheWHOandCDC topresenttheircaseformassvaccinationmeasures.Thearticlebegins,"USdataoninfluenza deathsareamess."ThestudyreviewstheCDC'sownstatisticaldataandfindsnumerous inconsistenciesandincompatibilitiesbetween"officialestimatesandnationalvitalstatistics data."Althoughthegovernment'spredictionsnevercameclosetothe"direoutcomes"statedby ourhealthofficials,theCDC'sowncommunicationstrategywasmarkedbyhighlevelsoffear.[2]

TheUSgovernment'sassessmentofthepastH1N1scareisanotherexampleofflawedscience andincompetence.InlastAugust'sissueofUSAToday,theWhiteHouse'sCouncilofAdvisorson ScienceandTechnology,whichreceivesitsrecommendationsfromtheCDC,warnedusthatthe H1N1wouldkillbetween3090,000Americancitizens.Atthesametime,theCDCwaspredicting 2millionpeoplewouldbeinfectedandashighas40percentoftheentirepopulation.TheWHO, whichsleepsinthesamebedwiththeCDCintheirsharedcomplexesinAtlanta,wasscreaming figuresof7.5milliondeathsworldwide.Consequently,theFDAfasttrackedswinefluvaccines manufacturedby5differentdrugmakers,nonewhichmetreliablestandardsofviableclinical testinganddatatodeterminetheirefficacyandsafety.

Andpregnantwomen,youngchildrenandtheelderlywereprimarytargetsthosealsomost susceptibletoseriousvaccineadversereactions.Over$1.6billiontaxdollarswenttoBigPharma onordersof229milliondoses,ofwhichonly90millionwereactuallyadministeredandthe remaining71millionlefttodecomposeonshelvesordumpoffonpoorernationsoutofthe

graciousnessoftheAmericanphilanthropicspirit.

However,aswewitnessedin2009andtheearlymonthsof2010,peoplewokeuptothefalse alarmofaswineflupandemic.Oftenintuitionisbettersuitedtosniffoutahoaxandscandal thanthepseudoscienceourfederalhealthofficialsgiveobeisancetobehindcloseddoor conferencerooms.AndinthecaseofthesocalledH1N1pandemic,intuitionprovedcorrect. Ourhealthagencies'warningsandnumberspropagandizedovermainstreammediasimplydid notaddupandhavebeenconsistentlyfoundtobecontrarytomoremedicallyreliableand unbiasedfactsgeneratedbyindependentsourceswithouttiestotheprivatevaccine manufacturers.

WhenevertheCDC,theFDAandtheUSDepartmentofHealthandHumanServicespostfigures, itisaprudentruleofthumbtobesuspiciousandinvestigatetheiraccuracy.Thefactofthe matteristhattheCDCiscompletelycluelessaboutthispastseason'sfluinfectionrateandthe numberofdeathsduetotheH1N1strain.Letusexplainwhy.

Nopropertestingwaseverconducted

ImmediatelyfollowingtheWHO'sdecisioninMay2009toceaselaboratorytestingofsamplesto determinetheactualbiologicalcauseofinfectiouscaseswithinfluenzalikesymptoms,theUS followedsuit.Therefore,nomatterwhattheytellyou,nomatterwhatDr.Guptaandothertools ofthemediaandestablishmenthavetosay,nopropertestingwasperformed.OnlyPCR technologycandeterminetheactualsubsetofaTypeAflustrain,suchasH1N1.ButPCR diagnosiswasnotroutinelyperformedinordertomonitorandtrackratesandthespreadof infection.Byitsownadmission,aCDCreportfoundthatrapidinfluenzakitsusedinhospitals andclinicswerewrongasmuchasnineoutoftentimes,andonaveragebetween4069 percent.TheCDCdeterminedthattheinstanttestsare"nothighlyworthwhilefordiagnosing

H1N1infections."

Sowhywouldanyorganizationresponsibleforthetrackingofaninfectiousdiseasebelievedto beaglobalhealththreat,potentiallythreateningthelivesofmillionsofpeople,makesucha decisiontonotcarefullymonitorfluinfectionsisbeyondcomprehension,unlessitknowingly determined,withmaliceofforethought,thattheH1N1strainwasmildandnotanational danger.Andmanyindependentexpertsininfectiousdiseaseshadbeenstatingthisthroughout theseasonbutourhealthagenciespreferredtoignoretheirwarnings.

YetitisthereporteddeathratesduetoH1N1infectionthatseriouslycalltheCDC'sintegrityinto question.AccordingtotheCDCreports,anywherebetween8,870and18,300Americansdied fromswineflu.Forthesakeofsimplicity,thehealthfedsconvenientlycirculatethefigureof 12,000deaths.

ProjectionsintheUKwereequallyoffthemark.TheBritishMinistryofHealthwasexpecting 65,000deaths,butreportedonly500towardstheseason'send.Britishcitizens,however,were betterinformedofthescandaloushoaxandofthe110millionvaccinedosespurchased,under contractsamountingtoover$864milliontothedrugmakers(notincludingnationalpreparatory measuresbringingthetotaltoover$1billionforasmallpopulation),only6millionBrits, approximately10percent,werevaccinated.

WhatfiguresdoestheWorldHealthOrganizationreportforthenumberofworldwideswineflu deaths?18,036.Thatiscorrect,notmillions.Thatisonly5percentoftheglobalfigurefordeaths

associatedwiththeregularseasonalflu.Idon'tneedanadvanceddegreetonoticeagrave discrepancyhere,unlesswearetobelievethattheH1N1viruswasonautopilottotargetvictims withAmericanbirthcertificatesorcitizenship.ButthereasonsfortheCDC'serroneousnumbers arequiteeasytounderstand.

TheCDC'sflawedstatistics

First,asmentioned,theCDCdidnotmonitortheswinefluwithanyprecisionandaccuracy.Our officialsdon'thave,andneverhad,thedatatomakeanyaccuratedetermination.

Second,theCDCdoesnotdistinguishbetweendeathscausedbyaninfluenzavirusanddeaths duetopneumonia.Thetwoarelumpedtogetherintheirmortalitystatisticsandpneumonia relateddeathsarereportedashavinganinitialinfluenzacause.Forexample,ifwetakethe combinedfigureoffluandpneumoniadeathsforthefluperiodof2001,andspinthefigures,we areleftbelievingthat62,034peoplediedfrominfluenza.Theactualfiguresare61,777diedfrom pneumoniaandonly257fromflu.

Evenmoreamazing,inthose257cases,only18werescientificallyidentifiedaspositiveforthe fluvirus.ThesearetheCDC'sownfigures.ButdoestheNewYorkTimes,BostonGlobe, WashingtonPostandalltheothersreportthis?No.Doanyofthepuppetsthatmumbleon television,withaccesstoofficialsourcesanddata,actuallydotheirhomework?No.

AseparatestudyconductedbytheNationalCenterforHealthStatisticsforthefluperiods between1979and2002revealsthattheactualrangeofannualfludeathswerebetween257 and3006,foranaverageof1,348peryear.[3]Thisisafarcryfromthe36,000annualfludeaths stillfoundontheCDC'swebsiteandvomitedbythemajormedia.

Andhereisthecatch.Ifweapplythesamecriteriatodeterminetheactualnumberofswineflu relateddeathsin20092010,seriousvaccineadverseeffects,besidesthehundredsofreported miscarriages,wouldfaroutweighdeathsandinjuryduetothevirus.

Third,thereareover150differentvirusesduringanygivenfluseasonthatcancauseflulike symptoms,suchasadenovirus,parainfluenza,bocavirus,etc.Veryfewoftheseareevertested. Forexample,inCanadawhereactualinfectionratesaremorecarefullymonitored,duringthe 20042005fluseason,theCanadaCommunicableDiseaseReportshowedthatofthe68,849 laboratorytestsperformedforinfluenza,only14.9%testedpositiveforafluvirus.Theremaining 85.1%specimenswerearesultofotherpathogensimpervioustofluvaccines.[4]Forthe following20052006season,HealthCanadareceived68,439testsforinfluenzalikeinfections.Of these,only6,580,or10.4%confirmedpositiveforinfluenza.Therest,89.6%,wereother pathogens.[5]Sonovaccinewouldhavebenefittedorprotectedthosealmost90percentin Canadians.

IntheUS,however,theCDCreliesuponanesotericwitch'sbrewoffiguresbaseduponvarious mathematicalalgorithmsandspeculativeprojectionswithnosoundbasisinreality.OnoneCDC sitewefindevidenceoftheirflawedmethodology:"Statisticalmodelingwasusedtoestimate howmanyflurelateddeathsoccurredamongpeoplewhoseunderlyingcauseofdeathontheir deathcertificatewaslistedasarespiratoryandcirculatorydisease."[6]Thisisclearlyan indicationofpolicyturneddogmaticwithutterlydisregardforsoundscientificevidence.Itisall businessasusual,negligentdisregardforscientificreason,andfullspeedahead.

AndwhilethebrilliantmindsintheCDCdecidetoexposeallAmericanstotheadverserisksof influenzavaccinationGuillainBarreSyndrome,schizophrenia,neurologicaldisorders, miscarriages,polyneuritis,encephalitis,multiplesclerosis,intenseheadachessuggestiveor meningealorbrainirritation,aphasia(lossofspeech),bronchopneumonia,sexualimpotence, angorpectoris,anaphylacticreactionsanddeath[7]weshouldnotlosesightofwhatis unfoldingacrossthegreatpondintheEuropeanUnion'sinvestigationsintotheCDC'sfavorite bedpartnertheWHO,anutterlycorruptorganizationateverylevel.

CorruptionattheWHO

TworeportsrecentlypublishedhaveindictedtheWHOforseriousmalfeasanceandconflictin interestsbehindthefabricationandpropagationofthe20092010H1N1swineflupandemicand hasbeencalleda"momentouserror"inglobalhealthoversight.ThepeopleattheWHOhadas muchaccuracyintheirpredictionsastheBushadministrationdidwithWMDsinIraq.

TheBritishMedicalJournalprintedaresearchpaperbyitsFeaturesEditor,DeborahCohen,and PhilipCarterfromtheBureauofInvestigativeJournalisminLondon,chargingthelargestglobal healthorganizationwithexaggeratingtheH1N1fluandbeingsteeredintheirdecisionsand fraudulentfearcampaignbythepharmaceuticalindustrialcomplex.Accordingtotheauthors, "credibilityoftheWHOandthetrustintheglobalpublichealthsystem"hasbeendamaged.

AseconddevastatingpreliminaryreportreleasedbytheHealthCommitteeoftheParliamentary

AssemblyoftheCouncilofEurope(CE)foundgrossnegligenceandlackoftransparencyinthe WHO'shandlingoftheswinefluscare.ThroughouttheWHO'skeyadvisorycommittees, particularlyasecretivegroupknownasthe"emergencycommittee",whichsteeredtheWHO's assessmentandpredictionsofthespreadofH1N1fluvirusandadvisedthemtoannouncea level6pandemic,werescientistsentrenchedinthemorassofprivatevaccineanddruginterests, particularlyGlaxoSmithKline(H1N1vaccineandRelenzaantiviraldrugmaker)andTamiflu makerRocheAG.

Evenworse,theWHOneverpubliclydisclosedwidespreadconflictofinterests.PaulFlynn,the rapporteurfortheCE'sreportstated,"thetentaclesofdrugcompanyinfluenceareinalllevelsof thedecisionmakingprocess,"and"theyvastlyoverratedthedangeronbadscience."Following alengthyinvestigation,apreliminaryreport,whichstillawaitsafinalversionnextmonth,states theresultoftheWHO'snegligenceinproperoversightresultedinthe"wasteoflargesumsof publicmoneyandunjustifiedscaresandfearsaboutthehealthrisksfacedbytheEuropean public"

TheWHOcontinuestowithholdthenamesofthe16memberssittingonitssecret"emergency committee."However,thisweek,twoofthemembersresigned,notablyDr.JohnMacKenzie fromCurtinUniversityinAustralia,whowastheWHOadvisorwhofirsturgedtheorganizationto callapandemicandiswellknowntobeentangledinfinancialinterestsandinvestmentswiththe pharmaceuticalcartel.

SofartheCDChasweatheredtheWHOcontroversyinEuropeunscathed.Afundamental oversightintheCE'sinvestigationandhearingshasbeensolelytargetingtheWHO.Itignoresthe roleofgovernmenthealthagencies'complicityinpromulgatingtheH1N1hoaxandtheflushing awayofbillionsofdollarsintothedrugindustry,especiallyduringaneconomicdownturnand recession.AswewitnesstheWHO'sindifferenceanddenialofwrongdoingcrumble,the questionremainsoverwhetherornottheCDCwascomplicitinthepropagandizingofthe

astronomicallyexpensiveH1N1hoax.

Ofcourse,thevaccineindustrydoesn'tgiveadamnabouttheinvestigations.Theirvaccines, antiviraldrugs,andoligarchicruleoverthemedicalcastesystemmakethemimmuneto independentinternationalscrutiny.AndwecanbeassurednoneofthelapdogsattheNewYork Times,MSNBCandothermajormediawouldexposetheircrimes.Intheshadowofthismedical charade,thedrugmakersarelaughingtheirwaytothebanks.NoBigPharmaexecutiveissitting beforeinvestigativecommitteestogiveanaccountingofcorporations'roleinthepandemic debacle.Instead,afterscoringover$6billion(AssociatedPress,May19,2010)itisagain businessasusualandanotherfluseasonaheadtofurtherincreaserevenues.

Financialcorruptionateverylevel

SimilartotheWHO,theCDC'sAdvisoryCommitteeonVaccinationandPractice,whichvotedin favorofafluvaccineforallpolicy,isequallystackedwithindividualsentrenchedinfinancialties withthevaccineanddrugmakers.TheCommittee'sChair,Dr.CarolBakerfromBaylorUniversity, hasconsistentlyreceivedresearchandeducationalgrantsandprivatedonationsfromBig Pharma.SheisalsoontheBoardofDirectorsoftheNationalFoundationofInfectiousDiseases, aconsultingbodyofscientistsfrequentlywinedanddinedandprovidedperksbythe pharmaceuticalindustrialcomplex.

AnotherBaylorUniversitycommitteemember,Dr.WendyKeitel,receivedclinicaltrialsupport fromNovartis,themakeroftheH1N1vaccinemostwidelydistributedintheUS.Dr.Janet EnglundattheChildren'sUniversityMedicalGroupinSeattlereceivedfinancialsupportfor clinicaltrialsfavoringvaccinesmadebyMedimmune(thenasalfluvaccine),Novartis,andSanofi Pasteur.Dr.CodyMeissnerreceivedBigPharmasupportthroughTuftsUniversityforhis supportingclinicaltrialsforMedimmune'sRSVvaccineandforparticipationinWyeth's

streptococcusvaccineforchildren,Prevnar.

Toputthisintogreaterperspective,sincetheFDAreliesonindustryfundedclinicaltrialsand subsequentdatatoapprovevaccinesanddrugs,therealsoappearedinthenewsthismontha criticalfindingfromtheGermanInstituteforQualityandEfficacyinHealthCare,publishedinthe peerreviewedjournalTrials.Thestudyinvestigated90approveddrugsintheUS(andletus makenomistake,vaccinesaredrugs!Infact,thefluvaccineislistedasaCategoryCdrug;which meanstherearenoadequatesafetystudiestodeterminewhetherfluvaccinationadversely affectspregnantmothersandtheirfetuses.)anddiscoveredthat60percentofthe900papers wereunpublishedandsomewereconcealedfromthefederalregulatoryagencies.Fortytosixty percentomittedclinicaldetailsorchangedtheirfinalanalysis.Amongthepharmaceutical industrystudiesalone,94percentwereunpublished,and86percentoftheuniversitystudies sponsoredbydrugmakersremainedunpublished.

Whatdoesthistellus?Iftheywerepositiveresults,thedrugcompanieswouldwithout hesitationpublishtheirfindings;butiftheclinicalstudies'resultscontradicttheirexpectations negatively,therebydelayingandpreventingregulatoryapprovalandlicensureofaproduct,then thereisnoincentivefortheirrelease.Andtheyareundernoregulatoryobligationtopublishor producethem.HencetheAmericanpublicisdeniedapproximately90percentoftheactual clinicaldataperformedonanygivendrugorvaccine.

Quackscience,uselessvaccinesandwastedmoney

TheGermanstudyconcludesthatdrugmakersintentionally"concealunfavorableresultsor resultsthatdonotfulfillone'sexpectations."Therefore,thevaccineanddrugmakersare permittedtoconducttheirnefarious,quacksciencebehindcloseddoorswithfullparticipation andcooperationfromtheWHO,CDCandFDA.Ofcourse,theCDCandFDAcondonethis

behaviorbecausetheyarecompletelysubservienttothepowerandwealthofthe pharmaceuticalindustry.

TherecentCDCvotecontinuesatraditionofdenialoverindependentstudiesandreports warningoftheoverexaggeratedalarmandthedangersofpushingforwardwithanH1N1 vaccinethatwasnotgivensufficienttimetoproveitssafetyandefficacy.Theyevendenytheir ownvoices.

Dr.AnthonyMorrisisadistinguishedvirologistandaformerChiefVaccineOfficeattheFDA.His viewaboutinfluenzavaccinessummarizestheirefficacywell.InMorris'sopinionthereisno evidencethatanyinfluenzavaccinethusfardevelopediseffectiveinpreventingormitigating anyattackofinfluenza,'Dr.Morrisstates,asamatterofrecord,"Theproducersofthesevaccines knowtheyareworthless,buttheygoonsellingthemanyway."

Canada'sVaccinationRiskAwarenessNetwork(VRAN)websiteisacommunityofphysicians, researchersandvaccineresearchersandjournalistsreportingonvaccines'flawedpromisesand pseudoscience.Amongallvaccines,thefluvaccineispresentedwith"TheMostUselessVaccine OfAllTimeAward."

Someofthemostdamningevidenceabouttheefficacyoffluvaccineswasreportedintwo studiesperformedbyDr.TomJefferson,headoftheVaccineFieldGroupattheprestigious independentCochraneDatabaseGroup,publishedinTheLancetandtheprestigiousCochrane DatabaseSystemsReview.Thefirststudywasasystematicreviewoftheeffectsofinfluenza
