. While Republicans are at a slight advantage in party registration, CA-36 isclearly leaning Democratic this year, with Obama leading Romney by 5 points.Voters also believe that Dr. Ruiz would better handle several issues compared toBono Mack, including protecting Medicare and Social Security and improvinghealth care. District 36 is ready for change and Ruiz is well-situated to win thisseat.
