Mission
 The Learning Exchange (TLE)/Centre Lire-Écrire is a volunteer not-for-profit organizationdedicated to providing:
Adult Literacy and Tutoring: One-on-one and small group instruction to adults in need
Volunteer/Tutor Training
Public Awareness and Sensitization
Volunteer/Student Recruitment
Community Resource and Learning Centre
