 I am an interdependent cellwithin the body of earth.The entire living universe ismy larger self. Everything Isee, hear and feel is part of me.I have everything I need tofully enjoy the present. Ican take fullresponsibility, withthanksgiving for everything I amI am the sum total of 15 billionyears of unbroken evolutionarydevelopment now thinking aboutitself, I am becoming aware of theawesome implications of mystory.I feel the loving support of God’s presence. I amaware that my breathing,seeing, hearing, feelingare acts of communionand prayer. Everything Isee, hear, feel revealsGod, is a face of theDivine.I am participating in the further evolution of the universethrough love. I know thateverything I say and do, or failto say or do, affects futuregenerationsI can accept myself and others completelyhere and now. I am aware that we eachtend to do the best we can, given theinternal and external resources available tous at the time.
 
I have the compassion of Jesus within me andtherefore I am able toappreciate differences,celebrate uniqueness, myown and that of everyother being and livecommunion as matureinter-dependence that benefits the whole earthcommunity.I am committed to the Way,the Truth, and the Life. I peacefully yet firmly opposethose who disregard or violatethe divine laws of differentiation (diversity),interiority (personality), or communion (interrelationship)Every moment is a one –time gracegift of God. I may not live to see thesun rise or set again, I act only whencentred, loving and aware of myinterconnectedness, and postponeacting when otherwiseI am in direct contact with the sourceand energy of life and gain bothstrength and humility, as I remindmyself throughout the day that “I am acell in the body of a divine universe”I am a careful and sensitivelistener.
