The Town Council of the Town of Smyrna will hold a public hearing February 10, 2009, at 6:00 p.m., Smyrna Town Hall, 315 South Lowry Street, Smyrna, TN, in order to receive public opinion on rezoning of property located on Tax Map 33D, Group A, Parcel 5.00.

Rezoning requested for property located on Tax Map 33D, Group A, Parcel 5.00, (requested by Paul E. Wisdom), from R-1 to R-3. Bordered on the north and east by Parcel 4, owned by Willie L. Victory, on the south by Todd Lane and on the west by Parcel 29.01, owned by the Rutherford County Board of Education. Area requested to be rezoned from R-1 (Low Density Residential) to R-3 (Medium Density Residential) contains approximately .8 acre. Property is located on Todd Lane.
