EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is often described as emotional acupuncture without needles. A deceptively simple but extremely powerful self-healing technique, results from doing EFT can often be experienced in 15 minutes or less. Issues that EFT are effective for include depression, anxiety, physical chronic pains, stress, addictions, relationship conflicts, grief, trauma, insomnia, money blocks, allergies, etc.

Lena is a Holistic Therapist who has specialised in EFT since 2006.
