Zulya Rajabova grew up in a city with 2500 years of history, her playground included temples and monuments, ancient
narrow laneways and the adobe home of her ancestors. It was here that she first learned the word "Hello" from passing tourists, and experienced the excitement of international community. She knew at a young age that she wanted to share her pas- sion for her homeland and has dedicated herself to cross-cultural exchange ever since. During the event, the scouts prepared outdoor bird feed- er ornaments from pinecones, bread, bird seed, peanut but- ter, and cranberries. The finished products were later hung in the library's courtyard garden. This is the second year the Chester Garden Club and Chester Girl Scouts have joined together for this event. Chester Garden Club member, Ilona Ontscherenki commented, \u201c this workshop allows the Garden Club to share their expertise with the girls and to share techniques for attracting birds to a garden.\u201d
