Frank is a psychatrist working on two "normal" attempted suicide cases.
Those two cases being Delilah and Romance; two 16 year old girls whom had been best friends for quite some time and, according to police reports, had tried to commit a twin suicide.
Delilah and Romance, though, deny that it was an attempt at suicide but do not explain what they had done to end up with one long slash and each of their arm.
Brian, Romance's brother and Delilah's boyfriend, doesn't know why the girls tried to commit suicide and why Delilah or Romance won't tell him exactly what it is that they did. But keeps both his sister and love of his life safe from the harm and destruction their parents bring upon them.
Frank, then, starts to find some attraction with Romance, but will he go through with his feelings and not abide by the rules of society? or will he stand aside and watch her from afar? And, will Brian begin to find himself lost when he can't solve the puzzle of the "twin suicide"?
As all their lives start to mend together, nothing will ever be the same.
