Dear Instal-Life Christian TV Viewers,The Optus D2 satellite is going through an upgrade. This satellite carries your Christian TV Channels.The main CHANGE affecting your Christian TV channels is the frequency changes.This change will begin on 30th July. Between the 30th July and the 23rd August you need to follow theinstructions on the reverse. Both the OLD and the NEW frequencies will work, however after the 23rd Augustonly the NEW frequencies will work – unless changeover is extended.
As you do the steps on the reverse, ensure you follow the channel names clearly, paying extraattention to the asterisk (*) beside some of the Christian Channels.
If you lose any channels in theprocess, please repeat the process over the page before contacting Instal-Life.
You MUST do one of two things BEFORE 23rd August OR when you lose your Channels.
(After the 23rd August)
Turn your SET TOP BOX OFF at the wall, wait 10 seconds, then turn it ON again. Check if Youhave GOD TV* as a channel, if so go to STEP C overleaf to order all your channels.
If you cannot see God TV* on your channel list; you MUST:
DELETE ALL Channels, RESCAN and RE-ORDER all the channels on your set top box.Follow the FULL instructions for your set top box model on the reverse side of this letter!
If you cannot rescan the set top box yourself, the Instal-Life team are happy to help you over the phoneif/when possible.If you are a GOD TV Angel, or on the Instal-Life Mission Plan then the Instal-Life team will try to spendadditional time on the phone with you to help, if required. Please keep in mind each rescan takes up to 30minutes! Due to limited ofce manpower and 100’s of calls over this period expected, everyone else willneed to try themselves from our PDF or get a technician at our reduced price of $99*.
