    Following a request from all Formula One teams, and with the agreement of the 2014 engine manufacturers, the FIA has agreed to postpone the introduction of the compulsory use of electrical power in the pit lane until 2017. I suggest we discuss the necessary changes to the regulations during the TWG meeting on 9 November. I trust this is clear and remain at your disposal should you have any questions. Kind regards
