We are a big pharmaceutical company in India which is rapidly growing, we are looking for a candidate to be hired as purchase manager.

The information provided on LinkedIn makes us believe that he has many of the necessary skills and is definitely a candidate to be considered for the position. The aspect to be gauged in interview is whether he has the managerial potential because he has worked as Purchase Manager only for 9 months, before that he was Assistant Manager, which makes us believe that he would not have been the key decision maker. It is very important to evaluate the candidate on communication skills because it is not possible to gauge his oral communication skills through his activities on social networking skills.
