Problems faced by entrepreneur/self employed rural women3 Nowadays women empowerment has been increasing so rapidly all over the world andwomen are starting their own business to seek greater control over their personal and professional lives. In Pakistan, women do not enjoy the same opportunities as men. Thesegregation of gender starts early and becomes a way of life. However, economicnecessity is forcing more and more women to engage in economic activities-employmentor entrepreneurship.Economic Census of Pakistan finds women entrepreneurship in Pakistan at the lowestebb among the developing countries; it is estimated that women entrepreneurs presentlycomprise about 3 percent of the total 3.2 million entrepreneurs in the country and anestimated 33 percent of women are in rural areas. These women are engaged in craftssuch as embroidery, tailoring, carpet or mat making, shawl making, leatherwork, pottery,ceramics and food processing having incredible skills and potential.Before going to the detailed description of research and analysis we are stating thesummary of research problem, and efforts undertaken to find the potential as to connectthe flow of generated idea between proposal and final report. Basic purpose behind this isto summarize the whole theme of this report to give a clear view about what efforts have been taken to successfully conduct the research study.The basic purpose of this research is to make a report on the “
