Notice to all Nations, States and Countries in and of the World

Re-introducing the renewed, revamped, restored and re-populated original Confederacy styled: The United States of America and the New Congress of the Confederation of the Nations and States. 1: The claimant process started after two men: Keith Edward Livingway and Sam Germain Betancour de Valencia Halpern claimed a couple of land patents; Land Patent numbers- 8929, 93224, and 259 refer to: 1-sam-germain declaration of land patent and 1-keith-edward Declaration of Land Patent which happened to have the original metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America 1781, within the claim. Furthermore, it was the intent of Keith Edward Livingway and Sam Germain Betancour de Valencia Halpern to declare exile from the U.S. or any other variation of the name and proclaim the existence of The United States of America by the vehicle of the Land Patents. 2: Both men were approached by one: Ralph Fisher, a claim process started with a Restoration of the general post office and a Compact easement agreement with the Universal Postal Union and the United States Postal Service. The last page entitled refer to: 2-trust agreement was part of the claim process that opened an account with the Social Security Administration that was for the purpose of opening a Master Account, and then sub-accounts for anyone that wanted to access their personal and private trust account that apparently was a part of The United States of America. 3: It was agreed that Keith Edward Livingway and Sam Germain Betancour de Valencia Halpern were to fly to Las Vegas as general post masters to set up a general post office and the claim process for the people. When Sam Germain Betancour de Valencia Halpern herein after: (Sam) was passing through St Louis, this email came from Ralph FisherMonday, April 12, 2010 3:06 PM I've been "instructed" to quit participating in this claim process. The PTB (powers that be) are not going to accept your claim until you make it clear what you want, can follow existing practices regarding debit cards that Treasury has and does make available. Emails to them are not going to be considered or taken as a proper venue to make any claim, nor will email demands invoke any USPS? UPU enforcement if/when contract resolution is needed or demanded. I think the "public notice" of a convention in Las Vegas was taken as a slap in the face. Sam and Keith concluded that the powers that be were trying to find all of the original claims of Keith Edward Livingway hereinafter (Keith) and Sam. The two men had no idea how important the claims were until now. Sam, Keith and all present affirmed American Nationals still remain homeless on the rural free delivery routes of the general post office of The United States of America despite constant notices to the United States, the International Criminal Court at the Hague, the Universal Postal Union and the U.S. Military. Keith and his family was harassed by Shelby County officials, including the FBI and Homeland Security and its sub-Corporation, Southern Poverty Law Center until Keith and his family had to leave, and a manufactured Warrant has been produced to keep Keith away from Shelby County over a traffic drivers license issue. 4: The re-forming of The Yisrael Nation: After all claims by Keith and Sam excluding the claim to The United States of America were transferred to The Yisrael Nation in an effort to protect the original claims- refer todocument 4: details of International Incident-101220-000071, all claims were sent by The Yisrael Nation via International Notary Presentment in an attempt to resolve International Incident-101220-000071. Incident has not been resolved despite the efforts of the former Nation, all diplomatic relations have broken down and the United States and its subcorporation and federal trust: THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY still maintains the controversy despite the efforts of The Yisrael Nation to resolve the matter peacefully through reciprocity agreement to avoid future International Incidents. These International Incidents caused the Citizens and Nationals for The Yisrael Nation to transfer the general post office and the rural free delivery routes that were originally claimed and transferred by Keith and Sam to The Yisrael Nation, then transferred to a State called the General Post Office and then transferred to the general post for The United States of America, then transferred to the general post office for The United States of America as the foundation of the original Union ratified 1781. 5: The re-populating of The United States of America this time with men and proof of life instead of States: The Citizens and Nationals for The Yisrael Nation, due to all of the harassment by the trustees and many various offices and agents of the United States of America doing business as the United States and through many various entities, decided to go back to the original claims of metes and bounds and seaward boundaries that Keith and Sam had against The United States of America to avoid any alleged trespass claimed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States. This transfer was in reference to: document 5-Declaration for The United States of America. The original claims of Keith and Sam to The United States of America were transferred to The United States of America Confederation Union. The purpose was an attempt to avoid conflict and keep the peace. While The United States of America was in The United States of America Confederation Union, it was in the process of being studied and researched for chain of title problems. United States of America and the Confederacy of The United States of America, all chain of title had been restored for the people. 6: The original Confederacy styled: The United States of America had been connected to the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation had been amended, the rural free delivery routes and the general post office for The United States of America had received transfer of all former claims including new flags and seal, new offices etc..and then transferred into The New Yersushalayim World Trust to ensure its Sovereignty and Independence and the restoration of the original Union that had been attacked and attempted to be destroyed by owners of the United States of America. Refer to Document: 6-Pandoras-Box-by-AlexChristopher-1994 and- 6-Congressional-Record-15641-15646-June-13-1967-Re14th-Amendment(1). 7: The American Nationals through their lawful bodies transferred the original Union to the Congress of the Confederation of the Nations and States in an effort to include all Native American Nations and any other Nation that desires to join that particular Union and the newly formed Inter Governmental Organization. The purpose of the organization is to include Nations and States that are having difficulty being recognized and are suffering the International Terrorism and slavery that The Yisrael Nation experienced and is still experiencing today in another form due to the indifference toward The United States of America, 1781, amended last-September 5th, 2012 into an Independent Nation. The United States of America, the original Confederacy of 1781, as amended 2012, is much different today. The United States of America offers RESIDENCY by transferring the LEGAL PERSON created by reference to: 6-Congressional-Record15641-15646-June-13-1967-Re-14th-Amendment(1) through RESIDENT DECLARATION, and giving THE LEGAL PERSON XXX status in an effort to start settling the Civil War of the Confederate States of America that were reacting to the oppression of the corporation known as the United States of America renamed from the Virginia Company in 1789, refer to: 6-Pandoras-Box-by-AlexChristopher-1994. The United States of America has metes and bounds and seaward boundaries, a general post office and the rural free delivery routes. Why the rural free delivery routes? Because the original General Postal Union of October 9th, 1874 invited The United States of America to join the Union, the uninvited, the United States of America showed up to the signing of the Treaty and signed the Treaty on behalf of the United States of America. Refer to documents entitled: Request for UPU Membership and Letter and signing of the Treaty. Anything created under the United States of America from the signing of the General Postal Union Treaty of October 9th, 1874, changed to the Universal Postal Union three years later actually belongs to The United States of America due to the deception of the United States of America. The entity the United States of America was never a part of The United States of America and did not have representation powers or anything else at the time of its creation and still remains separate from The United States of America today. affirmation is required to gain American National status after a RESIDENT DECLARATION has been completed. The United States of America has 10 affirmed American Nationals, 90 RESIDENTS, a Secretary of State and many departments in that Executive Office, Post Master General, Governor, the United States, in Congress assembled, the General Post Master Council, Treasurer, etc In other words, it has an Executive Branch, Judicial Branch, Legislative Branch, Military Branch and the most unique Monetary System in the World. When more American Nationals are affirmed, Automobile Registration, rural free delivery route permits and passports will be available. As of present time, The United States of America is being threatened by non-registered FARA agents in the form of American Bar Association Attorneys speaking on behalf of the U.S. Department of State that if any legal documents are presented by The United States of America in the form of Pass Ports, the affirmed American Nationals of The United States of America will be thrown in federal prison. In an effort to come to a peaceful resolution, the Governor of The United States of America sent a Letter of Acceptance and Acknowledgment to the Secretary of the Army by fax and hard copy in the mail, there has been no response nor any open defense of The United States of America by the Secretary of the Army nor any acceptance from the Secretary of the Army. A Resident ID is currently available for the RESIDENTS of The United States of America connected to the Investigator Division of the Judicial Branch for proper security measures and is fairly stable and accepted by various local courts and other entities.

Introducing the Congress of the Confederation of the Nations and States

The United States of America has transferred its original Union over to the Congress of the Confederation of the Nations and States for the purpose of modernizing the Original Union and to restore the Confederacy rights of the people that are currently being ignored among many other purposes. Any Nation, State or Country may join the Congress of the Confederation of the Nations and States even if they are a part of the United Nations or the United States today. Although the IGOs are different and separate, one does not interfere with the other. Refer to: 6-Congress of the Confederation of the Nations and States 222. The re-populated State of Nevada and The United States of America are currently signatories to the Articles of Organization for the Congress of the Confederation of the Nations and States and it has been ratified. Both Nation and State are eagerly waiting for others to join.
