Any discrepancies on the Cup Suspension Listshould be brought to the attention of the Cup Committee Chair and the CYSA ProgramsCoordinator immediately so that we can research and resolve any potential problems.Teams playing on the synthetic turf fields will note that there are more stringent rules that applyto the turf fields. Please make note of those rules and abide by them.To receive the most up-to-date information please refer to the CYSA website or the hotlinenumber which is provided. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO LEAVE MESSAGES ON THEHOTLINE; IT IS FOR OUTGOING MESSAGES ONLY. If after using these resources you stillhave questions, you should contact the CYSA State Cup Coordinator from the district in whichyour team is registered.While we have provided a set of maps in the packet, you may wish to advise your team thatthe web site has a link to all of the field maps. Further, the web site also has the brackets andthe schedules for all of the teams posted.

Please remember that weather can change the original play date to an alternate date.Teams must be available for any posted play date.2. PLEASE refer to the CYSA State Cup rules in the 2008-2009 CYSA Team Manual. Itis recommended that you have these rules with you throughout the competition. Youwill be held responsible for knowing and following these rules. You agreed to this whenyou submitted your CYSA State Cup entry form.

Although it is typically the primary source of information, DO NOT rely solely on theCYSA web site for up-to-date information. It is important that you call the hotlinenumber of the district you are playing to get last minute information (hotline numbers willbe posted on the website). This is especially important if the weather is an issue.
