Dear Room 28 Families,

I will be holding conferences regarding your childs progress from November 9th November 16th. The purpose of the
conference is to evaluate your childs growth and learning and to discuss goals and activities that will result in your
childs continued progress and success. Conferences will be student-led and will be held on the following dates:
Friday (11/9) 12:33 PM dismissal (time dependent on BINGO event)
Saturday (11/10) I will be at school from 10AM-2PM conducting conferences
Monday (11/12) It is a HOLIDAY! (NO SCHOOL)
Tuesday (11/13) 1:30 dismissal, Wednesday (11/14), Thursday (11/15), and Friday (11/16) 12:33 PM dismissal.
I emphasize the significant role your child must take in his/her own education. Since your child will be LEADING this
conference and has worked very hard to prepare for this meeting, it is imperative that your child also attends this
conference.
Please select 3 preferred choices from the time block chart below by indicating the 3 time frames that are best for
you, and I will do my best to schedule your 15-20 minute block within one of those time frames. I will send you a
confirmation in the next couple of days with the exact time and date. Conferences will be approximately 15 minutes
long. Please return this sheet by Tuesday, November 6th. Conferences will be scheduled in the order that forms are
returned!
