Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients: 2 cups oats 1 cup milk 2 eggs cup oil (I use coconut) 1 cup raisins cup applesauce 2 tsp. baking powder cup brown sugar cup walnuts 1 Tbs. chia seeds soaked in cup water (optional) Directions: Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Bake in 8 x 8 pan at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. (Double the ingredients for a 9 x 13 cake pan.)
