Love that you HS guys and gals are studying politics and thinking and writing about stuff. Some day you will be in college and need to choose a great book to write about. Let me recommend Augustine's City of God. Written in the 5th C., it is still one of the most influential books on politics (and religion, and philosophy) ever.
