OrganizersEuropean Commission, Directorate General for Energy and Transport and Build-up initiativeBackgroundEU energy efficiency policies cover all energy consuming sectors. This session focusesspecifically on buildings where 40% of EU's final energy is consumed and where 36% of CO2 emissions are induced.
