WC Makeover Wrapping Up
The ooring has been laid down; the walls havebeen painted; electricity is running through theserving counter, and water is NOT running throughthe walls. Life in the Cellar is slowing to a NewNormal, and it feels great.Keep an eye out for some new photo and posterdecoraons, as well as some uniform signagethroughout the building. It might seem small, butit helps a lot when new folks come to meet us!
Prayer Week a Powerful Time
they prayed alone, and they engaged in some musi-cal worship, but we also gathered so that Godmight grow the bonds that hold our family in ASMtogether.
The best series of events I’ve ever personally beenapart of, the 24/7 Prayer Week series is somethingthat we will indeed be looking forward to next yearand for years to come. We just cannot emphasizeenough that the Chrisan life is incomplete withoutconstant communicaon and communion withGod.
During our church’s 24/7 Prayer event, our stu-dents came together on three separate nights toparcipate in prayer. OnMonday evening, a smallgroup of students andparents gathered for ame of individual andcommunal prayer andmusical worship. OnWednesday evening, ourstudents engaged in sev-eral staons of prayer,where the acts of Adora-on, Confession, Thanks-giving, and Supplicaonwere pracced. The me was special, indeed.Several students, from both our MSM and HSMgroups said that this service was the most mean-ingful service they’d ever been apart of. It’s awe-some how connecng inmately with God can dothat, isn’t it? This evening set the stage for Fridaynight, when students came out at 11pm for our“Prayer Party.” Again, students prayed together,
