Great stuff THANKS, only one note, I guess the string in the "INSTALL DRUPAL SITE" section should be "http://localhost/drupal/install.php" and not only "http://localhost/drupal". Federico AL Italy

I did it with "http://localhost/drupal", but only AFTER I'd gone back & set "settings.php to its original default values. The install automatically changed it & then set it to read only! Otherwise, EXcellent tut - The screen pics make it very easy to follow.
