Scope of this report
The data in this report looks back at 2008 and compares the data to 2007. Some of the graphs will refer tothe entire Charlottesville Area (Albemarle, Charlottesville, Fluvanna, Greene, Nelson), others will show datafor only Fluvanna County and/or Lake Monticello. This is done so that you can compare the local marketagainst itself, and also against the performance of the region.
