Introduction: Thirteen year old Crispin was a boy who lived in Strom- ford village However he was forced

to leave the village to save his life.On the way to Great Wexly he met a man named Bear,and bear changed Crispins life.

Strom- ford life: Crispin(known as Astas son) was a young peasant boy who lived in Stromford. He lived in a hut. His mom passed away. When his mom passed away he didn't have anyone left but his ox which he had to give to the steward.

On The Run: As Crispin left the village he ran into the woods. When he was running he fell on a rock and was knocked out. When he waked up he didn't remember where he was when he was walking he saw the steward and another man talking. The steward saw him and started to chase him. Crispin fell down a hill and got away. When he was walking he saw a dead man on the gallows. He got scared. When he was walking he saw Father Quinel on the gallows from that point he did not want to die. When he passed he saw an old abandoned house and a man singing.

Baer: Crispin went into the house for the first he saw someone big. Bear had food so Crispin asked for some. In return Bear wanted Crispin to be his servant. Crispin did be his servant because he needed food. Bear started to like Crispin. He told Crispin he could go free but he stayed. Bear thought Crispin how to fight and survive if by himself
