Second Annual Rylee’s RallyApril 18, 2009 10am-2pmVeteran’s Memorial Field House, Huntington, WVThe Rylee’s Rally Committee wants to ensure that you, the vendor/agency, are givenevery possible opportunity to showcase your services and willingness to help our areafamilies. We also desire to decrease confusion and keep an open line of communicationwith our vendors and agencies. This agreement is yours to keep for your records.

complete and fax the attached page to 304-691-1333, attention Rylee’s Rally, andthen mail booth registration form and fee to:

By signing, you agree to the guidelines below.

Cost per table, with table top and skirting will be $30

The full payment must be received by the Rylee’s Rally Committee no later than March6, 2009 in order to ensure inclusion in media pieces, sponsorship posters/printouts, and

online resource guide.

If payments cannot be made by this date, please notify the committee.
•
Rylee’s Rally will provide the location and table set up, with skirting the day of the event.
•
The vendor/agency will be completely set up and ready to meet families at 9:30am. Thisgives the Rylee’s Rally Committee and the volunteers, time to take care of last minuteneeds and unexpected issues that may arise the day of event.

While we understand it may be necessary to rotate your staff throughout the day, pleaselet a Rylee’s Rally Committee member know if you plan to leave your booth unattended.If necessary, volunteers will be available to hand out your information in your absence.This enables us to protect your booth site and let families know when a staff member willbe available, in case they need additional information.

We ask that no vendor/agency tear down before 2pm, giving each family time to meetyou.
