Miller's grizzled langur

A species of extinct monkeys were found in Borneo. The monkeys were fort to be extinct but they are now known to be alive in the wild. The langur is 13 pound or 6 kilogram the langur is known for its white, bristly beard and sideburns. It has declined in the animal's coastal habitat due to deforestation and hunting. It is also because of large human caused fires in 1990s. Later a Survey said there are no other langurs on Ether. The Populations of Miller's grizzled langurs were first described in Kutai National Park and Sangkulirang Peninsula and East Kalimantan and Indonesia and in 1985. However due to habitat loss and hunting subsequent studies recorded falling numbers of the monkeys in these areas with no activity recorded last year. Scientists from Indonesia the Czech Republic and US and Canada worked together to set up hidden cameras so they could learn more about the animals living in the rainforest. The scientists were baffled to find the Miller's grizzled langur in an area well outside its previously recorded home range. A team of experts set up camera traps in the Wehea forest on the eastern tip of Borneo Island. Hoping to capture images of Miller's grizzled langur.

The last langur was last seen in the 1970 in Kutai National Park. I think it is good that it has come back.
