NOXXA® ELECTRIC MULTIFUNCTION PRESSURE COOKER
RENDANG DAGING
Ramuan:
½ kg TULANG (potong kecil-kecil) rebus, make stock.
1 kg DAGING + URAT (potong besar-besar, kalau potong kecil2,tak sedap) wash + drain>>> Blend with Tulang Stock the ingredients below: -
15 Bawang Merah
1 biji bawang besar
3 Ulas Bawang Putih
1” Halia
2” Lengkuas
3” Kunyit Hidup
3 Batang Serai Drumstick>>> 4 sekawan – Kulit Kayu Manis, Buah Pelaga, Bunga Lawang,Bunga Cengkih
1 Sudu Besar REMPAH KERING (roast without oil: kulit kayu manis,buah pelaga, bunga lawang, bunga cengkih, jintan manis, jintanputih, ketumbar. Cool. Dry-mill. Keep in bottle.)
1 cup Cili Giling
2 packet Santan
1 packet Kerisik
5-6 pc Asam Keping
1 helai Daun Kunyit – wash & tear/hiris halus2, whicheverpreferred
3 helai Daun Limau Purut – ramas-ramas before putting into potlater
15 Cili Padi – crush, don’t blend
3 tbsp Gula Merah
3 tsp SaltMethod:1)Switch on Wall Socket.2)Press On/Off button.3)Press LOW PRESSURE. Red light blinks.4)Press On/Off button, till the Red light is steady.
 
5)Pressure Cooker will heat.6)A soft ‘knock’ sound signals that it’s hot.7)Pour in blended Awas in Tulang Stock.8)Add 4 sekawan9)Add 1 tbsp Rempah Kering10) Add 1 cup Cili Giling11) Add Daging12) Add 2 packets Pati Santan13) Cover the lid. Turn off the On/Off Button.14) Align Pressure Dot on White Dot.15) Press High Pressure button 20 minutes. Press On/OfButton.16) When done, after the beep, turn the Pressure Knob toremove steam completely. (Caution! Hot Steam!)17) Open the lid.18) Add 1 packet of Kerisik. Stir.19) Add Asam Keping.

Add Cili Padi, Daun Kunyit, Daun Limau Purut.

Add Gula Merah & Garam.22) Turn off the On/Off button. Switch on to STIRFRY.23) Stir every 3,4 minutes.24) Keep the lid half closed to avoid splattering.25) Stir till preferred dryness, approximately 10 mins.

OptionalMETHOD:- 1) On kan Pressure Cooker. On kan butang merah (ON/OFFBUTTON)2) Tekan butang STIRFRY, lampunya berkelip-kelipTekan butang merah lagi sekali, lampu jadi steady3) Bila periuk panas, masukkan minyak masak4) Tumis Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih & Halia yang dah diblend,masukkan serai5) Bila layu, masukkan CILI GILING6) Bila pecah minyak, masukkan Rempah Rendang IdamanSuri. Tumis sampai masak.7) Off kan butang. Masukkan semua isi ayam. Golek-golekkan ayam.8) Tutup periuk. Setkan tombol ke Pressure.9) Tekan On/Off button. Tekan High Pressure 50 min.
