Full docket text: MINUTE ORDER. In its opposition to plaintiff's motion for summary judgment, defendant repeatedly cites to its statement of facts ("OCC SOF") rather than to the relevant pages in the administrative record. So, before it can review any cited materials of interest, the Court must first undertake the exercise of locating the cited paragraph in the OCC SOF before it can then track down the reference in the record. To facilitate its consideration of this matter, and without expressing any opinion on the ultimate outcome of the motion to strike, the Court hereby ORDERS defendant to file, by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 9, a revised version of its opposition substituting record citations for the citations to the OCC SOF. Signed by Judge Amy Berman Jackson on 11/8/2012. (lcabj2)
