Parents Are Essential Workshop

A workshop designed to give parents understandings of why they are essential, and the effective strategies to communicate with their children and their childrens teachers and school administrators.

Ms. Tishuara Jones, Parent/Treasurer-Elect, City of St. Louis will spearhead the workshop. Dr. Aline Phillips, Founder and President of Next Chapter Education Consulting Firm and Ms. Winona Byrd, Staffperson with Better Family Life, will conduct follow-up strategy sessions. Certificates of attendance for 2 clock hours will be awarded to attendees. Healthy snacks and door prizes including a one Month membership to the new OFallon Rec Center will be given away.
