I am writing further to your request received by the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Natural Gas(Housing). Your request is for:
 Any and all records including, but not limited to briefing notes, advice to Ministers,reports, Powerpoint presentations, agendas, minutes, attendance lists and handwrittennotes of the March 12, 2012 and April 18, 2012 briefings for Ministers Kevin Falcon and  Rich Coleman.
Please find enclosed a copy of the records located in response to your request. Some informationhas been withheld pursuant to sections 15 (Disclosure harmful to law enforcement) and 17(Disclosure harmful to the financial or economic interests of a public body) of FOIPPA. Acomplete copy of FOIPPA is available online at:http://www.bclaws.ca/EPLibraries/bclaws_new/document/ID/freeside/96165_00Under section 15 the Ministry has withheld one password. Under section 17 the Ministry haswithheld staff cell phone numbers.
