Race Format 2 equal length races, all standing starts [or Double Points race of 1 hour] 20 minute qualifying

ifying session, telepit allowed. Race 1 grid is set by qualifying times Race 2 grid is set by finishing positions, with the top 10 finishing order reversed. Admins reserve the right to end a race and count it as an official race if it is 50% complete. If the race is not 50% complete the admins will not count the race in the official points and will either restart, reschedule, or cancel the race.

Points Distribution 1st: 50 pts 4th: 42 pts . And so on, -1 Pt for each position. 2nd: 47 pts 5th: 38 pts ........ In double pt rounds, the total will be multiplied by 2 3rd: 44 pts 6th: 36 pts ......... Drivers that do not qualify for the race will not be scored For these points to be awarded, the drivers have to complete at least 75% of the race. Drivers who are out of the race with a number of completed laps inferior to the 75% lap, will be awarded NO points.

Car Balancing The following restrictions will be used to keep the cars balanced (these are subject to change) FXO - 5% Intake Restriction XRT 2% Intake Restriction RB4 0% Intake Restriction Tire (tyre) Compounds R1 Tire (tyre) compound is banned in race competition. All other tire (tyre) compounds are eligible during all sessions. Car Skins Car skins must contain a drivers number in a clearly visible fashion on the number plates. Those numberplates CANNOT be changed anywhere else apart from the plates colour and the number. If they are in a different place from the original template that we gave you, the skin will be considered invalid, and no exceptions will be made.

Drivers appearing on a race meeting with an invalid or no skin will be given a rear of grid penalty and will not be allowed to Qualify. Penalties

All penalties are done post-race unless otherwise distributed by an admin. Ex: intentional wrecking, constant unsafe driving. Penalties will result in point deductions, with the severity reflected in the amount deducted. Penalties may also come in other forms such as added on time penalties.

Penalties for Chatting A No-Chat rule is enforced for the duration of the race meeting by the admins, and is either enforced or lifted upon the admins order. If there is anything urgent you need to communicate, you have the right to ask for permission to talk, although the admins reserve the right to approve or negate that permission. Misuse of Permission To Talk will warrant the offender a STOP-GO Penalty. Chatting without permission while the No Chat rule is on will warrant the offender a Drive Through Penalty If the chat features swearing or insults at someone or something, the offender will receive a STOP-GO Penalty. Constant chatting/insulting will cause the offender to be Disqualified from the session in question.

Penalties for

Flags Red- all cars come to a stop Yellow- cars lineup single file and pace the track until further instructions are given Green- Race pace continues Orange/Black Damage, must pit Black - disqualification

Safety Cars and Race Stoppages Race stoppages will only be called if necessary, if a car is stuck in the sand the administration will try to recover the vehicle without calling a safety car.

Race start 70MPH/113KMH pace speed while pacing single file until reaching grid spots where drivers should ready for race start. Green flag will be given by a admin through a insim lights program, after the green flag is waved you can overtake cars on the start and race unless a yellow or red flag come out you must follow the procedures below. Yellow/Red Flag and Restarts When yellow flag is announced the safety car will be deployed, cars will follow pacing speed (70MPH/113KMH) single file not overtaking other cars unless they pit or crash off track. If you crash off track or pit you may not rejoin where you were before but where you are currently able to join. The restart notice will be given to signal we are going green flag racing again this time by, the safety car will pull off and the leader will maintain, may accelerate speed but cannot decrease the speed they have set, speed (set the pace) until green flag is given. Restarts are always single file. In case of a red flag all race teams will stop on the track where they are safely, cars will be told when to go to catch the leader and should listen to admin instructions. Restart will continue as above. During safety car periods any car that is 1 lap or more down will be waved around once caught up to the field, drivers should not automatically overtake but wait for admin instructions, if admins do not notice notify them with the $sc bind or asking permission.

Sanctioning Bodys Code of Conduct


I. GENERAL ATTITUDE AND RACING ANTICS A. GENERAL ATTITUDE i) Cursing/Bashing other drivers and admins is prohibited and will result in penalty. ii) Drivers shall file complaints via protest thread in the league forums. iii) Drivers who publicly post insults, threats, or harassing messages have complete responsibility for actions iv) We value respect here, anyone not showing respect to anyone; no matter what quality of driver they are is not tolerated. v) If someone attacks you, do not attack back; they will be dealt with B. RACING ANTICS

i) Intentional wrecking is PROHIBITED and is punished severely. ii) You must be familiar with cars around you and not cause incidents. iii) Drive others cleanly; don't force situations that are dangerous. C. PENALTIES i) Bans - given to drivers on different lengths depending on severity ii) Exclusions - short "bans" from a singular or two events. iii) Probations - given for behavior, length wise as well. Under this time be careful or your penalty may become an exclusion ban etc. iv) Race/ Time penalties- added onto race, last rows etc. depends on specific series rules. *** Specific Series chairman reserves the right to distribute penalties II. Threats, lack of respect, and rudeness (drivers + admin) A. Threats i) Drivers who threaten other cars will be penalized ii) Threats are taken as serious matters and are not to be joked about; would you go to someone in public and say "I'm gonna kill you" and be joking about it, if you didn't know them. B. Lack of respect i) Swearing ii) Insults -"retard", "faggot" - may offense someone who may have disabilities etc. C. Rudeness i) Anything disruptive or subjectively "mean" to another driver - ridicule, nicknames, and even jokes Failure to comply with regulations will end in penalties prescribed by chairman of series
